How can I purchase videos?
In order to purchase our videos, you need to sign in to create your personal account on our platform.
How to create a new user account?
In order to create a new account, go to Catalog page, select any video and click on 'Get Access Now' button. Once you choose an offer you like there will be an option to create your user account.
What is the price difference for a single module and a bundle of videos?
A single module costs £150. A bundle of 5 'Fundamentals of Freeze Drying' modules costs £600 and 'Freeze Drying System' course costs £450. If you purchase a bundle of 5 modules you save £150.
Can I purchase a single video from a module?
Our course is designed in a way so that each module covers a specific area of freeze drying and it requires all the videos included in the bundle to fully understand a certain topic. Thus, we do not offer a single video purchase if a module includes two videos. However, you can select either a bundle of modules or a single module you are interested in the most.
Once purchased, is there a limited time to access the videos?
Yes, if you purchase an entire course bundle, you can access the content for 1 year. In case of a single module purchase, you can access the content for 3 months.
Can I download videos once I purchase them?
No, you are not able to download videos to your device. However, you can access them anytime within the given period and on every device through our platform.
Are the presentation slides available?
Yes, once you purchase a single module or a bundle of modules you will be able to download the video slides. Simply click on the 'Resources' section, located next to 'About' video description.
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes. If you complete a full bundle of modules, you will receive a digital 'Certificate of Attendance' for the topic they cover.
What if I have further question regarding the modules?
